Individual Therapy
Individual sessions designed to support clients in working through relationship concerns and patterns within a collaborative, non-judgmental therapeutic space.
I offer individual therapy for clients who want to focus specifically on relationship-related concerns and are not pursuing couples or family therapy at this time. My individual work is relationally focused rather than general individual therapy.
Sessions are grounded in both Attachment Theory and the Gottman Sound Relationship House Theory, and emphasize self-awareness, emotional attunement, communication patterns, identifying needs, and setting healthy boundaries to support more secure, connected, and fulfilling relationships.
